‘ Ps. I think we have just hit on a way of never having to compensate people again. We just sneak into the ‘price includes’ section of the brochure “your holiday includes 7 nights on the vessel, all meals, flights, compensation, port taxes, local excursions, gratuities, etc…”
Surely if we include compensation in the package they don’t have the right to claim more from us afterwards?!?!’
