As of 1^st January 2009, the sale of Connected Travel Insurance (CTI) (travel insurance sold with a travel product) will become a ‘Regulated Activity’ for the purposes of the Financial Services Act. Therefore it is important that you ensure that you are properly authorised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to sell it.
